As an employment agent Carmen Ramirez de Königbauer, a Latin American professional, based in Munich, Germany, with an extensive and successful international career in various fields as an entrepreneur, multilingual educator, teacher, author, journalist, real estate agent, and coach, as well as specializing in multiculturalism, personal development, communication and writing, is proud to offer her services and expertise to help companies and individuals reach their goals and potential.

 

With 44 years of experience in Europe and 42 years in the business world, she has worked with various companies to expand and establish themselves in new territories, which has provided her with valuable lessons in her professional life. Her experience in 11 different countries and her work in 29 countries has allowed her to immerse herself in diverse cultures and markets, enriching her knowledge and language skills for effective communication.

 

For two decades, she has shared her knowledge as a teacher and published more than 15 books, consolidating her method as a multilingual pedagogue. Her 22-year career in journalism and writing has allowed her to develop as an author, transmitting her passions and knowledge through various platforms. As an international real estate agent for 23 years, she has acquired a unique perspective of the market and the needs of her clients in different countries around the world. All these roles have led her to specialize as a business coach focusing on multiculturalism, personal development, communication, and writing, as well as coaching to establish successful businesses.

 

She strongly believes that opportunities have no boundaries and that education, personal development, and leadership can empower people to achieve their goals.
